Which remote should I buy?
A newer code list version covers more current TV brands: CL3 and RCA's R3F802 both predate Roku TV as its own listed brand, while CL4 through CL6 and RCA's R271U1 and R341U1 all list it. If you are buying a replacement remote rather than reusing one you already have, a current GE, UltraPro or Jasco-made Philips remote (CL5 or CL6) or a current RCA remote (R271U1 or R341U1) covers the widest set in our data. Whichever you buy, the code list version or revision number is printed inside the battery compartment, and the exact codes are on the GE, RCA and Philips pages.
